Can you name that software?
Help OrthoSynetics name their new and improved practice management system and

with a completely new infrastructure. “Walrus” was first introduced in the

September 17 - Credit Cards are Now Accepted on Penny
Lane...
We are pleased to announce that credit card payments are now accepted on Penny
Lane. If you would like to take advantage of this new feature please contact
Stacy Simon at 888-622-7645 to get set up. It’s that easy. Once enrolled, you
can process your orders on Penny Lane as normal. Your order will be charged to
your credit card once the invoice is received by OrthoSynetics. We hope this
new feature will make your supply ordering easier and more convenient.
As we will now be offering credit card purchases, beginning on October 1st, we
will no longer offer frequent flyer miles for Penny Lane users. We apologize
for any inconvenience, but hope you will take advantage of mile programs
available through your credit card provider. Credit card payments are not
required, and if you choose you can continue to pay as usual.

September 1 - Hurricane Gustav - Orthosynetics has
executed its evacuation plan...
Due to Hurricane Gustav the Metairie team executed its evacuation plan on
Saturday and joined fellow team members in the Dallas and Atlanta offices. We
have taken steps to ensure continuity of service to all of our doctors and
practices. The transition has been smooth and Tuesday will be business as

prepares as storm approaches the gulf...
We are closely watching Tropical Storm Gustav as it approaches the Gulf. We are
taking every necessary precaution to ensure we are prepared in the event that
Gustav has impact on our Metairie location. Last year we told you about our
preparedness plan and I wanted assure you again that we are taking necessary
steps to prepare and it is business as usual. Should it become necessary to
implement our plans, OrthoSynetics contact numbers and updates will be posted
on Orthodon.com and
Orthosyneticsblog.com. In the event of an evacuation situation
OrthoSynetics’ team members can be reached by calling 1-888-622-7645. We will
continue to provide any necessary updates throughout the coming days.

March 21 - What do Justin Timberlake, Robert De Niro

All of the above are currently filming in the New Orleans area. Casting for
your 2008 commercial concluded yesterday which out of 120 hopefuls, 20 were
selected to represent fantastic portraits of great smiles. Shooting will take
place in and around the New Orleans City Park area with lush landscape and

production is underway...
We began our screening process today by reviewing actors and actresses for the
OSI 2008 television commercials. We are excited to start production again and
we want to hear from you.
Locations are being scouted this week and acting call backs are tomorrow. We

March 6 - Thank you for making the annual meeting
such a success...
Las Vegas such a rousing success. I trust you found the meeting as successful
as I did. From learning about new techniques and best practices to networking
with your fellow OrthoSynetics practice members, the meeting provided great
value. I personally enjoyed seeing and speaking with all of you, your staff and
meeting so many spouses.
I hope you found the training and education useful as well as practical. From
learning about OrthoSynetics new operating system to how to implement cutting
edge marketing practices to grow you practice, I hope you took home information
you can implement in your practice to improve efficiency, provide better
service to your patients and grow your practice.
The feedback I have received on the meeting has been overwhelmingly positive.
From the practical advice, to the networking to the relaxation and
entertainment, it was a very successful meeting. In our quest to continually
improve our service to you, I hope you will share any feedback or suggestions
you have for us. Please feel free to send me your thoughts directly or to
anyone on the OrthoSynetics team. In the spirit of continuously raising the bar
we will incorporate all the feedback and us it to make our next meeting even
better!
